Manage daily operations of the retail floor, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Coordinate and lead hiring events including planning, execution, and follow-up to meet staffing needs. Train and supervise retail staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and high standards of customer service. Analyze sales data to adjust operational strategies for revenue maximization. Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies and implement best practices in hiring.
