We are looking for Self-Motivated individuals that want to grow Responsibilities: Present and sell insurance policies to clients Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs Resolve client inquiries and complaints Expand business reach through networking techniques Comply with insurance standards and regulations Track and identify areas of improvement Insurance Brokers/Agents take lead responses, call clients to set an appointment to help them to find an affordable product they can qualify for. Conduct business doing hybrid, either visiting clients at their residence or doing virtual platform (meet your client via video call) or both Qualifications: You must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance Producer License and pass a background check (fingerprinting in some states). We will pay for the LIFE INSURANCE COURSE to help you to get licensed. Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Job Description: 100% Commission Only (No Base Pay) Commission scale 100-145% comp 1099 Independent Contractor Full time or Part time Flexible Schedule Free training and course material Remote training and mentoring provided.
