Job DescriptionVandergriff Chevrolet is in need of experienced Business Development Center Reps. We are located in Arlington, Texas 76017! We are committed to continued growth across all levels of our business. To achieve that growth, we need talented, highly motivated professionals, who love a challenge and can hit the ground running in our fast-paced environment.As a Business Development Center Rep, you will have your own desk to answer and makes calls to customers looking to purchase vehicle/s. A Business Development Representative works as the tip of the spear producing and driving business for this company. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers to get them in-store to finalize purchases.Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet inquiries.
• Provide customers with initial product information
• Follow up with customers.
• Set up VIP appointment from our Digital Retailing Program for customers.
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
• Be knowledgeable about the product.
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
• Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and networkQualifications
  • At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience.
