More About You
- Maybe you only have a year or less experience in sales, but
talking to people is "your thing" and you love to get out there and
get in front of people, and are completely comfortable knocking on
doors to reach out to prospective customers!
- Every day you will rely on your strengths in relationship
building! You are a strong communicator, possessing professional
enthusiasm, strong communications skills, and compassion for each
and every client you serve. Their best interests are your main
focus!
- Your hunger and drive keep you focused on projects until
completion- Your attention to detail and organizational skills are
exemplary, and you are able to juggle multiple projects at once,
coordinating between homeowners and subcontractors regularly.
What You Will Do
- You don't need a degree to close deals with us, but you do need
the patience and dedication to help your clients work through these
projects to completion
- To build your book of business you'll spend your days working
in pre-mapped territories of prospective clients to ensure you are
spending your time wisely with the most opportunity for a sale.
Your market leader has even coordinated a "best" time to visit each
home, making it even easier to get in front of the homeowner!!
- To make sure you have all the tools and info you need for
success, you'll spend one week at our Irving HQ for our Training
Academy, followed by another week in the field applying what you've
learned with another Project Manager. If your territory falls
outside DFW, Blue Hammer will cover accommodation and travel
expenses during your Training Academy.
- As a Project Manager, you will not only be in charge of the
sale, you will be in charge of making sure subcontractors complete
each job in a timely manner. With our dedicated team of
subcontractors, you can complete each trade in less than 2 days on
average!
- Must be able to climb on roof tops to assess any roof
damages
- Must be willing to travel if you do not live in the
territory
Compensation Range
- 100% commission (on-target earnings for 1st-year Sales Project
Managers is over $100k!)
- This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position
