Responsibilities: Represent our brand in a professional and welcoming manner Ensure all customer service and sales functions are executed precisely and efficiently Document sensitive customer information such as; address and billing information accurately Upsell products and services as needed Inform customers of any new deals or sales promotion directly Provide expert assistance hands-on to a wide variety of questions and problems Build personal relationships with customers in-person to drive sales and increase retainment Requirements: Naturally outgoing, enthusiastic, and friendly with a passion for providing an outstanding customer service experience Ability to solve problems with ease Strong interpersonal aptitude and ability to work well in a team and independently Self-motivated and driven by a desire to exceed expectations Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work flexible hours and weekends Reliable transportation High school diploma or GED is a MUST PLEASE NOTE - THIS POSITION INCLUDES IN-PERSON SALES (COMMISSION BASED) AND CUSTOMER SERVICE Company Description In our diverse organization, we encourage our people to work with the brightest minds in the industry.
