The Sales Executive - Dallas & Ft. Worth Area is a solutions consultant with a history of being relied on by clients for their expertise in the digital marketing industry. As a Sales Executive, you'll apply solution awareness helping clients understand Rent.'s array of services.
What you'll do
A Sales Executive at Rent. is responsible for developing and managing client relationships, i.e. property managers, management company leaders, and industry association contacts through consultative and targeted selling approaches.
Reporting to a District Sales Manager, the Sales Executive also strategically partners with internal regional and national sales leaders, corporate support partners including Billing, Customer Service and Sales Operations to deliver on various client needs.
What you'll bring

  • Sales experience in a subscription-based environment of digital marketing products and services
  • Multi-family industry experience preferred, not required
  • A history of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients in a B2B capacity
  • Comfort in using data and analytics to present the most effective value propositions
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Relationship management, keeping clients engaged in Rent. solutions; ensuring our solutions' meet their unique needs
  • Strategic thought and deployment of pricing approach and product mix

    Pay Transparency (Where applicable):
    Base Salary Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 plus commission. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include commissions, bonuses, and equity.
