About the Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our
team on a full-time basis in Fort Worth, TX. Domestic and
international travel (25%) will be required.
The Regional Sales Manager supports the PAP sales department by
coordinating sales strategies and communications targeting
commercial customers. You will be interacting and collaborating
with other division sales managers, as well as other departments
within the company. The primary focus will be commercial &
government contracts, with other customers as assigned.
Your more typical responsibilities will include, but are not
limited to:
Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
Working with the VP of Sales to implement marketing, sales plans,
and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and
services
Managing approved sales/marketing budgets for assigned
divisions
Utilizing industry network and resources to generate prospective
customer leads in assigned divisions
Providing weekly sales activity reports and forecasts to the VP of
Sales
Preparing customized demonstrations and meeting materials dependent
upon customer's requirements
Preparing detailed proposals in response to customer Request for
Proposal/Quotation/Information
Organizing and collaborating with appropriate departments in the
preparation and execution of large proposal efforts
Quoting prices and credit terms, preparing sales contracts for
orders obtained
Reviewing and analyzing sales performances against programs,
quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness
Investigating and resolving any customer inquiries with
deliveries
Travelling to assigned territory to liaise with regular and
prospective customers and identifying opportunities
Representing the company at trade association meetings to promote
products
More About You
To qualify, you must have post-secondary education in sales,
business, or a related field, along with 1+ years of related sales
experience, preferably in the aerospace or military industries. A
combination of education and experience will be considered.
The following skills and experiences would be strong assets to this
position:
Experience in customer service and building relationships
Experience in project management
Bilingualism in English and Spanish
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

are a quick learner, with the ability to take initiative and the
interpersonal skills to develop relationships with all
