Sales Support Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to facilitate pre-sale and post-sale operations for a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating proposals and presentations for client pitches
Utilize Salesforce CPQ to generate accurate quotes and manage workflows
Compile and analyze reports to track sales opportunities and key performance indicators

Qualifications

Prior experience in Sales Support or customer service, preferably in advertising
Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ is an asset
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and quick to learn new systems
Willingness to work outside the Eastern Time Zone is a plus
