Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field,
or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in
program management. 7 years of experience in leadership role
with/without direct reports. Preferred qualifications: 10 years of
experience in field engineering leadership within the telecom
industry. 5 years of experience in leading field teams. Knowledge
of IP/MPLS, optical transport, and data center networking,
integrated with generative AI fluency. Ability to implement Lean or
Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational efficiency and scale.
Ability to translate business objectives into actionable long-term
strategies while managing geographically distributed teams.

skills, with a focus on building stakeholder relationships and
leading cross-functional initiatives across all levels. About the

Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex,
multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering
expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher
projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes
managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly
communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home
explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives
as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product
development with engineers. Using your extensive technical and
leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific
programs and teams. In this role, you will be responsible for
leading a geographically distributed team of skilled engineers
instrumental in delivering and supporting Google's networking
infrastructure across various data center metros. You will lead the
physical deployment of infrastructure, focusing on velocity,
eliminating toil, and meeting dynamic cycle time goals to build
capacity that serves internal and enterprise customers. You will
drive scalability, governance, and consistent delivery against
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while ensuring operational safety
and a premium customer experience. The AI and Infrastructure team

base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000-$334,000
bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role,
level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined
by work location and additional factors, including job-related
skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your

for North America Network Delivery Implementation (NDI) Field
Engineering as a global technical authority, driving alignment
within key leadership forums. Lead and mentor a geographically
dispersed team across major North American metros, fostering a
high-trust culture and developing high-potential engineers for
future roles. Advocate for AI-driven tools and continuous process
innovation to optimize field engineering workflows, enhance
quality, and accelerate project delivery. Mitigate risks during
activities, such as fiber duct bank cut-overs, while enforcing
strict campus security and bio-metric access protocols. Leverage
objective metrics (SLAs/SLOs) to optimize performance while
collaborating cross-functionally with NetOps, WAN, and Planning to
streamline site access and standardize execution.
